Pain In The Penis After A Urinary Tract Infection. Discoloration Inside The Urethra. Reason?

i had a urinary tract infection a month ago and ever since i stopped the antibiotics ive had this irritated slightly painful feeling in my penis , when im busy or not thinking about it, it doesnt seem to bother me but otherwise it is quite annoying. Also inside my urethra slighting inside the opening is a bit of discolouration i dont know if it was there before

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had UTI very recently which has been controlled with antibiotics,
However you have stinging in urethra and there is discolouration of external urinary meatus. The pain in penis and meatus is due to urethritis which will take few more weeks to get cured.
.If you have any problem like poor stream or straining while passing urine then consult qualified urologist for clinical examination he may advise you to get your Urethrogram done to rule out post infective stricture of the Urethra.
