Hello Thanks for posting query Its look like you are having inflammed lymph nodes in neck (cervical lymph node). They usually get inflammed secondary to infection in their draining region and mostly in this reason is phyangitis (sore throat) giving sensation of pain and irritation in the throat but your told there is not much problem in throat. Then look for any infected are in mouth, teeth, gums or even skin over scalp Whether to take antibiotic with just this information is not justifiable yes you cn take antiinflamatory medication.
