Pain In The Knee Joint, Difficult To Bend After Having Surgery Due To Fractured Bones. Advice?

my mother suffered a vital accident before four years,and was operated.her femur and tibia bones of left leg were fractured and of right leg only tibia bone was fractured.she was operated in aanad hospital merrut in starting and then due to turning right leg was again operated in mujjafarnagar by mukesh jain. now right leg is completely fine but in left leg she is having problem in turning the knee joint,it do't turn completely,is it possible to turn completely,or again need to operated.

See the trauma to the left leg is four years old, so you need to get fresh X-ray done and also you should tel how much is the moment in the left leg. What was the type of implant used at that time and for how much time moments were not allowed.. You need to give many details as the details provided does not lead to any conclusion. you may ask for my number if you intend to consult.
