Pain In Testicle, Swelling, Sore Throat.Taken Ibuprofen And Epsom Salt Bath. What Is This?

my left testicle has been hurting on and off for about 2 months mostly on it seems swelled up at the top and hurts more on the bottom i have been taking hot epsom salt baths and ibuprofen i checked now getting out of the bath and the left testicle seems hard now too painful it had seemed displaced previously but seemed to go back in line pretty much i also have a sore throat accompanying this what can this be??? thanks in advance for any help

Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might be having Orchitis or indirect inguinal hernia causing this problem.
Consult surgeon and get physically examined as physical examination will give proper idea of local lesion.
