Pain In Shoulder, High Blood Pressure. Is Related To Gas?
hello.... doctor, good day.... my wife aged 49 yrs is having pain in right shoulder since last 3/4 days pls advise...... it is gas related or any thing else. she is high bp tendency since last 4yr. taking daily one pill cardace # 2.5 ..... pls advise

Pain in the right shoulder can be due to musculo skeletal cause.
PAin due to acidity will be in the upper abdomen or centre of chest with radiation to the neck.
Please take skeletal muscle relaxant.
If there is no relief,please consult your doctor and get an ECG to rule out heart disease as she is hypertensive.
Hope it will come normal.
