Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for writing to Healthcare magic,

I have studied your case,
MRI will give more clear picture of lesion.
But as per your history it seems to be rotator cuff injury which will be well seen on MRI.
have you done blood test which may indicate some specific reason.

If there is no lesion physiotherapy will help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
