Pain In Penis, Frequent Urination. Have Aspergers. What Could Be The Problem?

My 14 year old son has pain in his penis, and is frequently urinating even though he has just been. He is clean and says there is no swelling or redness. He will not let me look nor will he let me phone the doctors. He has aspergers and is very upset. Could you advise what may be the problem and how I can help him at home. Thank you. Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having urinary tract infection.
Give him one course of antibiotic and he will be alright.
Give him plenty of water.
Ask him to maintain local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
