Hi Nephil,

The problem you are suffering form can be some infection in the form of ameobasis. This type of presentation is very common in case of ameobasis and needs treatment in the form of anti ameobic drugs.
Depepending upon the time since when this is present and how frequently you are suffering from this, it can be chronic form of infection also and need long term treatment also. The main cause for this type of infection is mainly the unclean water and unhygeinic pracitces which causes transmission of this infection.
Apart from infection some sort of gastric chronic problem in the form of IBS (irritable Bowel Syndrome) or other chronic condition like chrons disease or other colitis can also be there.
To make a proper diagnosis, a proper history and examination and some investigations is required and only after that a proper treatment can be suggested. I would suggest you to have a consultation with your doctor regarding this condition and in the mean time have a proper hygene and proper diet which is easy on your tommy.
Thanks and hope this will help you.
