Pain in the right pelvic area could be an appendicitis
, or a right renal colic
. Nausea and vomiting
are very common in both the conditions. We can see lower abdominal pain
, heaviness in the breasts, easily irritable and fatigue
in the pre-menstrual syndrome. PMS will start from 5-7 days before the expected period. Do you experience the same problems previously? If this is the first time it need to be evaluated. Is there any white discharge? if it is, you may experience a dull ache in the pelvic area.
An ultrasonogram will rule out both the conditions. If no organic lesion is present then we can go for PMS.
