Pain In Left Testicle. Have Enlarged Prostate

About a month ago I noticed pain in my left testicle. It went away after a few days but has returned at the present, I read the stuff on web m d but I dont have aany swelling just a very severe pain. Its so painful I cant check for any lumps. I get my medical needs thru the V. A. and have to drive 95 miles to see a urologist I may note I also have an enlarged prostate.

Hi, it appears that you might be having epidedimo orchitis, or torsion of the testis. Or it may be the hernia into the scrotum.
As there is no signs of the condition you must see a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an ultrasound for confirmation.
