Pain In Left Side. Urine Test Shows UTI. Blood In Urine After Sexual Intercourse. Have Mirena IUD
So My Name Is Jamie Ellis & I had my Period Oct 22-And I What To Say Until Oct. 26 Because The Next Day On The 27Th I went to the emergency room for sharp pain on my left side where the adomen area was and they made me take a urine test and it was negative for pregancy but found that I had a UTI. Well After The 27th Nothing happened but Today Is November 10th and I had sex with my boyfriend this morning and I pee'ed and once I went pee I wiped and saw blood and I put something on because I thought it might of been period well I haven't bleed ever since this morning and I do have the Mirina IUD I Got It last year so ive only maybe have had in placed for 1 1/2 years. And I. already experienced all the syptoms with the mirina Nausea„ DIZZY. I'm Just worried I might be pregant I took even a home pregancy test and it came up negative. What should I do?

Mirena I U D is in its place, so chance of pregnancy is nil.
This left side pain is a cause of concern as it also associated with blood.
1 Left renal colic , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of left side kidney. Also get in blood for serum creatinine level and blood urea level.
2 Ovarian cyst may be responsible for such type of pain. Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of ovary .
3 Least possible cause is infection in the urine . Diagnosis can be confirmed by culture and drug sensitivity test.
In my opinion consult an urologist and get his opinion as physical examination is also important.
