Pain In Left Abdomen, Passing Small Almond Shaped Stools, Lower Leg Pain. Anything Wrong?

Iv had a period but recently had pain in the left side prior to this yesterday when I went to to the toilet I passed an almond shaped brownish thing which I thought was poo it smelt like it.
When I went again I passed another perfectly shaped almond which smelt and looked the same.
I also have been experiencing lower leg pain and now I am very worried.

Hi welcome to HCMF.
You had pain on left side, prior to the period. when you went to toilet, passed almond shaped thing, when you went again passed another perfectly shaped almond.
It appears that pain is due to dysmenorrhea, and the almonds might be the hardened stools.
if you have any pain persisting consult a surgeon for treatment. Thank you.
