Pain In Last Stage Of Peeing, Red Blood Spots And Filaments, Affects Bowel Movement

hi,
sine 2 days i am experiencing pain in the last stage of peeing with some red blood spots and filaments when whipping. The urine is normal , no pink or red color. i think it affects my bowel movement too, as it is making pressure on my intestines, i have the same feeling as i want to go to toilette to pee and for bowel . please advise

Hi there
If i was your doctor I would advice a urine RE to rule out infection followed by Ultrasound Pelvis to rule out any lesion.
I think this is most likely a case of UTI. After urine RE if an infection is diagnosed I would advice antibiotics. It will resolve in a week hopefully
meanwhile i would advice you to drink lots of water
