Pain In Hip, Swelling After Slipping From Stairs. Normal X Ray. Recommendations?

2 weeks ago i slipped on stair and hurt my tail bon n hips badly. i went yk hospital and thry did xrays which showed no fracture. but doc gave me painkillers. i hv taken them now for 2 weeks but stil i hv pain in my hip n there is a swelling. i cant sit or walk properly even after 2 weeks. n m quite worried why i hv stil in so much if doctor said i shud be fine in max 7 to 8 days.pain is actuatr n unbearable.please help me..m tryin to have baby and currently takin ivf injections

thank you to your question

you might have injured the coccyx bone (tail bone) which takes long time to improve.

try to use doughnut shape cushion when you set.
physiotherapy might help as well.

even if you have fractured coccyx you can still give birth, so you should not be worried much about that. but check with your doctors that the painkillers will not affect the IVF inhections.
