Pain In Heart, Below Lung Rib, Ecg And Ecg Normal, Having Gastritis, On Antacid. Cure?
hello doctor , i have a heart pain and i pain below the left lung ribs near stomach and did ecg and echo ecg normal and echo is grade 1 lv diastolic dysfunction. but doctor said it is gastrities like and he gave me a antacid . but i am still getting pain . the pain is constant from morning to evening and when sleeping i dont feel the pain

It seems that you might have costo chondritis giving this problem.
As ecg and echo are normal so cardiac element is less likely.
Take some analgesic medicine and apply analgesic cream locally.
