hey doctor, from few days i am having pain in my ear and now a clinking sound comes when i swollen some thing or i open my jaw to yawn. a regular pain is also there . my left ear is also having swelling so no earbuds can go inside to clean . i am feeling as if some fluid is there in my ear .i am also feeling as if some echo type sound is produced inside my left ear .is this a serious problem of ruptured ear drum or something else.please help me urgently.
Hi, as you are thinking it is the infection of the middle ear, probably with a hole in the middle ear. There could also be an arthritis of the temporo mandibular joint. i advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
this is sinus infection as the mucus fall back in throat it goes in eustachian tubes to block it causing the problem you wrote there is no rupture as in rupture the fluids comes out in external auditory canal all the symptomps are typical of sinus infection can clear by taking antibiotics for 5 days add anti allergic to decrease mucus secretions by sinuses sea water drops in nose bd to clear back of throat and eustachian tubes for pain take analgesic sos may take 10-14 days to clear the sinuses
