Pain In Ear, Eyes, Head Followed By Blood Discharge From Ears, Runny Nose, Cough And Fever. Perforated Ear Drum?

Hi My daughter is six years old and has been complaining of pain around her ear, eye and head for the last couple of days. When she got up this morning i have noticed bloody discharge in her ear and on her pillow. she has also had a high temperature, runny nose and slight cough . Could she have a perforated ear drum? thanks

Hi, Thanks for query,
It seems that your daughter is having Acute ear infection causing all problems.
It is also possible that she might have boil in the external ear and now it is burst and open.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
With antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicine she will be alright.
