Pain In Arm, Shoulders And Chest While Flexing Muscles. Is This Due To Torn Rotator Cuff In Shoulder?

I believe I have a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. However, now I am not even able to use my right arm to push and it hurts if I flex the muscle in my chest as well. It also feels like my upper right chest is on fire too. It is radiating into my back shoulder blade and also down my right arm. Nothing helps to alleviate the pain and I am beyond crazy with pain

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to injury to rotator cuff muscles.
Investigation like X ray & MRI of the shoulder joint will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained by application of ice to the affected area, intake of analgesics like Diclofenac (to be taken after food) + Pantoprazole (to be taken 30 minutes before meals) and application of analgesic & muscle relaxant gel.
You can also include supplements of Calcium & Vitamin D in your diet which will help in strengthening of bones.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Till then, maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, take proper rest and avoid stress.

Wishing you a Good Health.
Take care.
