Pain In Area Of Anus And Scrotum. Irritation After Wearing Snug Clothing. What Is It?

Pain in area in front of anus to scrotum area when sitting that seems to be brought on by irritation when wearing blue jeans or other pants that might be slightly snug. It is daily and is only relieved when laying down or if I wear sweat pants to keep any pressure away from the area. Uroligist not sure what it is but says it is not my prostate . Age 60.

Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
This is a very vague symptom and does not fit in any medical condition. That is why he is unable to answer you.
If persistent and associated with urinary symptoms, a diagnosis of prostatitis is likely and treated accordingly.

Regards
DR GS
