Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
If I were your treating doctor for this
acute chest pain radiating to the left side of arm and shoulder joint, I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1
Heart disease , diagnosis can be confirmed by E K G , ECHO ,
lipid profile and physical as well as clinical examination by a physician .
2
Acute gastritis ( hyper acidity ) ,diagnosis can be confirmed by upper G I endoscopy . Over eating , spicy food , greasy food , alcohol , drinks with caffeine in them or coffee on previous evening may be responsible for this pain . In such type of situation usually antacid (oxetaciane in them ) helps at once .
3 The next reason may be
acute pancreatitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination , serum amylase , lipase examination.
In my opinion the deal according to above mentioned reasons , consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck. DR.Het.
