Pain From The Bladder To Scrotum Area After Vasectomy. Normal Blood And Urine Test Reports. What Is Happening?

I had a vesectomy about three weeks ago. I experienced more pain than the normal. Ive been feeling better but on my left side im in pain. From the left side of my bladder to the scrotom area. It almost feels like getting kicked down there but just on my left side. Ive been to the urologist , had blood work and urine tested. Negative. I just feel somethings wrong and dont know what.

Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Sorry to hear about the pain.
Pain may be due to more dissection on that side.
Scrotal support, anti- inflammatory agents and analgesics for 3 to 5 more days should help.
Scrotal support is must for at least one month.
Regards
DR GS
