I always have this sharp and bad pain in my penis before and after ejection in a wet dream. What is wrong?

Hi well come to HCM.
There can be common conditions like phimosis. urinary tract infection.and urethral
stricture ie narrowing of urinary passage if nothing out these than just drink plenty
of water which should suffice. Thanks. Phimosis is very tight foreskin of penis.
