Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Injury to the spine and deformity of cervical or thoracic vertebrae can cause a pain in the surrounding muscles due to the strain caused by abnormal posture. Proper physiotherapy and oral muscle relaxants will help in an early improvement.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
