Pain in my left shoulder/collar bone for two weeks with swelling: This could be a local inflammatory condition involving the region around the shoulder. It need not necessarily be due to any injury but can also result from any localised infection or unnoticed inadvertant movement at your shoulder joint. Pleas take consultation from an orthopedic surgeon if the pain increases further and you are unable to do your daily activites. He may ask you to get X ray done if he fells necessary. 2. Belching with club soda: Soda is a carbonated drink and will liberate carbon dioxide (which is dissolved in the soda) when ingested. It is natural for soda to cause belching for many people.
