Pain And Feeling Of Pressure In Flank Area, Darker Urine. History Of Hard Fall Between Ribs And Hips. Advice

I fell hard and landed on a 2 liter soda between ribs and hips. Experiencing pain on left flank area when I take a deep breath as well as just pain in that area. Yesterday is when I took the fall, was hard to sleep laying on my right side because it felt like a lot of pressure on my flank area. Urine seems to be darker than usual.

Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

Your pain at left flank can be due to bony injury or injury to ribs. You should confirm this by having a x ray.

Darker urine is concentrated urine which can be there due to decreased intake of water.

At present you should do rest & take a good analgesic for relief from pain.

This may take a week to have complete relief.

Hope this will help you.

With best wishes.
