Pain And Discomfort In Chest, Shoulders And Arm Intermittently, Faster Heartbeat. What Could Be This?

I have been feeling discomfort and mild pain that comes and goes in chest, shoulders and arms for the past week. Sometimes I feel my heart beating fast to about 120 a minute and my resting rate is about 90. BP is ok around 120/80. I have done multiple EKGs, a 24-hr holter and Echocardiogram in late Feb-March and the results were normal. Is the issue heart-related? Could it be heart attack? And should I visit a doctor before the next appointment?

Doesn't sound like a heart attack. Could be musculoskeletal. If you have not had a chest x ray I would have one done. You may benefit from an exercise treadmill test...to see if that can bring out the symptoms. Depending on your age and family history you may want to see your doctor sooner rather than later...although like I said I doubt it's a heart attack. Hope this helps.
