HI Thank for choosing HCM You better go for alternative therapy for pain, like Yoga, (Meditation) relaxation therapy drink plenty off water, eat fresh fruits and leafy vegetables, have some extra supplements of vitamins, keep your depression level very much low, try to take sound and good sleep, no need to take any potent pain killer it may some time causes more pain, if not taken regularly, and the chances of addiction of such agent is likely, Have nice day.
