i have a small open wound on the ball of my foot it looks better after i have not been wearing shoes or boots for a while. but after a day of work wearing work boots the wound looks like it opens and the skin around the wound appears whitish and raised. i had recent bloodwork done and the doctor said my bloodsuger is normal

Do not wear shoes for few days.
Go for proper cleaning and apply antibiotic cream.
