Hi Ashfaq,
Welcome to healthcare magic!
Please do not get irritated by such a nagging trouble rather get it sorted out and relax.
DNS with epistaxis polyps and throat problems is a definite physical problem of sufficient severity and the definitive treatment is surgical correction of the defective nasal septum.
The problem of allergy needs to be assessed separately and management should be started hand in hand.
I hope this advise would be helpful for you.
Still if you have any queries or doubts, please write me back,
I would be happy to solve them.
Wish you a great health!
