On Treatment For Hyperthyroidism. Severe Pain In Back Of Neck, Shoulder, On And Off Fever, Chills, Sweating After Reduced Dosage. On Nervax, Vit B. Advice
Good Day Doctor, I am, Male 32yrs; I am under the treatment for Hyperthyroidism; and was taking 100mmg; (euthyrox) daily. Recently, after the blood test, the doctor advised to reduce the dose to 50mmg. Currently my issue is I have severe pain in the back of my neck, and sometime to the left shoulder. Its now continuing for more than 3 weeks. At the same time, i have fever from time to time, especially at nights, with chills and sudden sweating. After sweating everything goes normal. No issues with apetite or digestions. The local doctor advised me to go for Sugar-fasting, cholestrol and Triglicerydes, and all found normal. And then he prescribed me with Nervax 150mg and Vitamin B tables for 5 days, which i am currently taking. I would like to get the opinion of yours, and advise on my situation. Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir, Hi! first point, I think you have hypothyroidism and so you are on euthyrox and not hyperthyroidism. secondly, all the symptoms described by you do not match with euthyroid status, so please check your complete blood count, ESR, PBF, and CRP. Regards!
