Dear sir

The corner stone treatment for type 2 diabetes is diet and exercise.

Regular exercise is advised not more than 30 minutes at a time. Take rest adequately. As you are taking insulin it might cause hypoglycemia. Strenous exercises needs to be avoided

Diet should be on time, if you are taking human insulin it should be taken 1/2 hour before food. Food should contain fibres in large quantity with complex carbs like rice, bread etc
Diet should contain large quantities of vegetables and greenleafs..

Space the meals properly atleast 2 hours in between.

Thanks
