Hi

It seems that you have been diagnosed with epilepsy and you have been taking the medicine levepsy (levetiracetam) since 1.5 years. It seems that you are suffering from psychomotor retardation due to anti-epileptic use. The side effects of this medicine include asthenia, drowsiness, depression, ataxia, nervousness, dizziness. Depression is a medical condition and can cause slowing of the activities of the person. You need to see a doctor to discuss other options.
