After reading your post, it seems that due to heavy weight lifting, cervical nerve compression has occurred resulting in your symptoms.
You should go for a MRI of head and neck done for confirmation.
I would also like to suggest that you should go for a Neurological examination for clinical evaluation.
Painkillers like Ibuprofen
one tablet twice a day after meals along with muscle relaxant
will be beneficial. Also take an antacid like Omeprazole
40 mg before breakfast.Physiotherapy
will also be helpful.
Avoid lifting weights.
Do not use a thick pillow while lying.
