Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that due to heavy weight lifting, cervical nerve compression has occurred resulting in your symptoms.

You should go for a MRI of head and neck done for confirmation.

I would also like to suggest that you should go for a Neurological examination for clinical evaluation.

Painkillers like Ibuprofen one tablet twice a day after meals along with muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone will be beneficial. Also take an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg before breakfast.

Physiotherapy will also be helpful.

Avoid lifting weights.
Do not use a thick pillow while lying.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
