Numbness In Hand,tingling,left Side Of Face Too.Took Sleeping Pills,regular Smoker.Any Suggestion?

I felt numbness and tingling in my left hand, part of my arm, and part of the left side of my face. It occurred shortly after waking up. I took two sleeping pills before going to bed. I smoke about a pack of cigarettes a day. I am on a naval ship on deployment, so there's no way of going to the hospital to find out what it was.

Take tab. Meconerve thrice a day.
Injection neurobion forte intramascular once a day.
