Numbness And Severe Pain In Legs And Hands, Difficulty In Movement, Headache. Cure For Symptoms?

Hello doctor ,
When woke up i feel numbness and sever pain in leg or hand and inability to move it , but self recover after minute .
In any time per day suddenly I feel again numbness in hand or leg with burning sensation in it and inability to move it ,persist for minutes and gradually recover
I want to know the causes and how manengment it .
I have chronic tension headache
