hi there mohan firstly when did u last meet ur physician and check ur blood tests? secondly diabetes control is not jus taking medication primary treatment includes strict diet control , regular excercise, making ur self relaxed ( main factor is stress). the problem u r having can be considered diabetic neuropathy treatment for that shall be b12 supplemntation a bit of simple physiotherapy exsecises.( tab nurokindplus once daily for 20days along with good sugar control and all precautions mentioned should help u. in view of sevearity of symptoms i would suggest u to cross check with a neurohysician regarding ur power/sensation in upper n lowerlimbs ruling out any neurological cause.
