Hi,

White spots on legs and arms may be idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis. However, consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. The spots may be due to ageing process. They are of less importance. The condition is benign and harmless. They may be kept untreated.

Hope this helps.
