Noticed Rashes On The Arms

I have a rash on both of my arms that begin where my short sleeve shirt ends and goes down to my wrist. It first started out as what appeared to be dry skin but is now blistering. It will itch sometimes so I have been using Bendadryl lotion to help with the itching but it seems to be getting worse.
