Noticed Brownish Watery To Reddish Brown Drop On Pant. Diarrhea, Secretion From Anal Sex?
Hi I'll just call myself B. So I had sex with my boyfriend, he took off his underwear and there was a huge brownish watery stain at the back of his underwear. Then I was sewing his pants and there was a reddish brown drop at the back inside of his khakis. Could this just be diaherria or maybe secretion from anal sex. Thank.

It can be anything but probably just a diarrhea or some anal lesion. Secretion from anal sex looks the same as diarrhea. Only difference is that here can be blood seen after anal sex, but blood can be caused by many anal conditions such as hemorrhoids, fisures, polyps,pylonidal sinus etc. You can find the true only if you ask him.
