Noticed A Raised Soft Spot On Babies Head

My babys soft spot is very slightly raised. Its not super obvious except probably to me. He has no other symptoms. He is,nursing as normal, fully alert as normal. Doesnt seem to have any pain and isnt warm to the touch ... Should I worry? Oh but his hands and feet get cold fast if not in socks/gloves. He is 2 months old.

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. No need to worry much as it is not associated with any other symptoms. Just keep on watching for any changes in it. If any change appears consult near by doctor. it may be like some pimple which will go off by itself.
