Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be suggestive of a pinched nerve. The red line on the skin, could be related to inflammation.
Anyway, I recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam. A nerve conduction study would help exclude any possible pinched nerve.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
