Noticed A Indention On Top Middle And On Right Side Of The Head

Ok I am 43 yrs old.. recently in the last coupe weeks I have noticed and indention in the top middle front of my head about an inch long, and just in the last couple days I have now noticed a smaller one on the right side close to the first one... Should I be concerned!
