Noticed A Few Bumps On Inside Of The Scrotum Near Thigh

Hi i have a few bumps on the Inside of my right thigh where m scrotum and thigh meets. I am starting to get concerned because i've had them for a few weeks. There are 4 of them now 1 big one(1 cm in diameter) and 3 small ones that are barely notice able. One of the small ones hurt to touch. What should i do?

Any history of unprotected sex?
If possible upload a photograph.

In my opinion you should wash it with antiseptic solution and apply antibacterial and antifungal combination cream for 5 to 7 days
maintain good hygiene
wear loosely fitted underwear.
