Not Able To Concentrate. Could It Be Due To Carbohydrate Intolerance?

Hi, so after eating I have been feeling very weird the next day like i'm drugged up. Like I could stare at a wall for hours and not really focus. I have had a cat scan, mre, mra, seen an ENT, blood work, everything. I have not seen a gastronologist yet. But I have been wondering if this could be caused by eating too much carbs like I have a carb intolerense, or allergic to something I'm eating?

hi, you have not mentioned about your age, any history of medicine intake for a long time and from how long you are having this. Carbohydrate intolerence will lead to diarrhea, flatulence, acidic stools, weight loss etc. you could be worried for something/stressed out. why don,t you see a psychiatrist for this. all the best.
