Nostril Sore With Few Bumps Filled With Pus. No Relief With Neosporin

I woke up this morning with my outer left nostril feeling very sore. Yesterday it was bothering me as well and I was messing with it. When I looked in the mirror I had never seen this before, it was a few bumps that were filled with puss or something, and it's pretty sensitive and had itched a few times but I'm trying not to touch it now, b/c it looks like I'd make it worse. I put Neosporin on it and it hasn't seemed better or worse. I don't want to have to go to the Dr. b/c I don't have the money! I feel it's a simple fix, and it doesn't seem terrible or anything, but it did suddenly as of this morning have puss in it...Help please! Thanks, Sonya! :)

hello
Pus filled bumps on the nose are a cause of concern and i think you should not take it lightly and meet your doctor soon. meanwhile, please dont scratch or mess with it further! you can also try applying mupirocin ointment instead of neosporin.
thanks!!
