Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had a total thyroidectomy,so you are devoid of the thyroid problems,as you are using the levothyroxine you are supplementing the deficiency of the thyroxine.
There is a possibility if the gastric irritation with the calcium tablets. The leg cramps may be secondary to the tummy cramps.
Any how have a talk with your surgeon for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, general health and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
