Normal Pulse With Hard Heart Beat, Should I Worry ?

Hi, i have a pulse rate of 73, but i feel my heart beating in every vein in my body very hard. Is this normal? my whole body is shaking from how hard my heart is working. should I be wrried? im 39 years old 180 lbs no medical history normal bp

any way i think you a little bit obese.
any way take one opinion of a physician of your locality prior to go for a specialist

Hi,Jeanette Mcwilliams,
As you are about 40,you are suppose to go for routine check up of,
ECG,
Blood sugar,Fasting and PPBS,
Lipid profile.
At this age all above are essential as they give important information abut your health.
This will cover your present complain of heart beating feeling in vain and body.

You have Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). You should be getting yourself examined by a Psychiatrist to rule out the exact cause. You will need anti anxiety medications.
