Normal Angiogram But Abnormal ECG For A Heart Patient

Hi my mother has been taking medication for heart disease for the last 15 years. she is 56 years old. recently in the last 2-3 years whenever she experienced some discomfort her ECG was done and the doctors have been saying her ECG is deteriorating. yesterday got her Angiogram done which was normal. what does that mean. why is her ECG always showing irregularities.??thanks in advance. He well come to HCM.
Angiogram reflects only condition of coronary arteries only. It does not mean whole
heart is other wise normal.Taking heart treatment for what that you have not men-
tioned. Deteriorating Ecg, what kind of changes are there is also important to
know.Thanks
