Non-uniform White Patches And Pain In Mouth. Help?
sir, my inside skin (side walls ) of mouth has thicken as from normal thickness .And instead of red colour ,it has non-uniform white patches .and there are appearances of circled red patches in some portion . if i try to press outwards with the help of my tongue there is stretching pain . my age is 25 yrs and i do smoke . do help me please .

I think you have leucoplakia patches on buccal mucousa with some red spots of erythroplakia.
This is the time to stop smoking completely and tobacco chewing
These are reversible and cure completely.
take antioxidants like lycopene and ginseng
take topical steroid gel like kenocort gel.
Avoid spicy and hot feeds
