my problem is i dont get smell.i was operated for fess in 06.after that i got smell.after 2 years or so the same problem.continued.Then the dr. prescribed defcort6mg,monodesler andneseflowspry.and got smell.ie if i take these medicines i get smell.whether again surgery is required or can i continue the medine prescribed?is there any side effects if i continue these. warm regards sankaran email address: YYYY@YYYY

You must get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for the extent of disease , then it can be known that whether you have disease that need surgical or medical treatment/.
These sprays can be used for long but you must consult an ENT specialist and be under his guidance.
